I own a rental property in Virginia Beach and received a panicked call from my tenant about a leak. I reached out to Under Cover Roofers and they went out to the property the next day to assess the issue. They even scheduled the appointment with my tenant so I didn't have to be the middle man. After the assessment they sent me photos and a proposal of what the cost would be to replace the roof. I made the deposit and the roof was scheduled for installation. They completed the whole project in 1 day and it looks beautiful. They are also very honest as the original quote included more materials than were needed and they told me they weren't used and took money off the total bill. I would have never known they didn't use it and truly appreciate the values this company has. That alone spoke volumes for the owner Josh & Justin. After my dealings with them I've recommend them to other people including my sister who also had an excellent experience. I recommend this company for any of your needs!
